Old traditional crafts, including embroidery as one of the significant segments, have a very long tradition not only in Bijelo Polje but also across the entire north of Montenegro.
As part of this project, a catalogue was written and an exhibition of kitchen towels was organized, by Željko Raičević, ethnologist and museum advisor.
The exhibition and catalogue were realized with funds from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Montenegro, within the Cultural Heritage Protection and Preservation Program for 2012.
